Reliable Particle Measurement in Compressed Air
The S130 is a compact laser particle counter designed for continuous monitoring of compressed air and gases. It measures particle sizes from 0.3 to 5.0 µm, providing accurate and repeatable results for quality control and ISO 8573-1 compliance.
With its integrated pressure diffuser, the S130 can be connected directly to pressurized air systems — no external pressure regulator is required. This ensures simple installation and reliable results, even under demanding industrial conditions.
Integrated Pressure Diffuser – Easy, Direct Connection
The built-in pressure diffuser allows operation at pressures up to 15 bar(g). This eliminates the need for external accessories and simplifies setup. The measurement system follows ISO 8573-4 standards, ensuring the results are comparable and audit-ready.
Real-Time Monitoring and Data Logging
When equipped with the optional 5″ touch display, the S130 provides real-time visualization of all particle channels, intuitive navigation, and easy data export. The integrated data logger can store up to 30 million values, enabling long-term monitoring and traceability of compressed-air quality.
Compact, Robust, and Easy to Integrate
Thanks to its lightweight aluminum housing and IP65 protection, the S130 is ideal for permanent installation in industrial environments. Communication via Modbus/RTU, USB, or relay output allows simple integration into monitoring systems and plant control networks.
Typical Applications
ü Continuous particle monitoring in production and packaging lines
ü Quality control in accordance with ISO 8573-1 / -4
